GoPro help!!

Postby LocoTone » Thu Dec 20, 2012 5:03 pm

I'm tryin to figure the whole conversion/editing thing with my new camera/pc setup. Anyone have suggestions on cheap(free) software that I can do this with? The stuff GoPro has doesn't seem to work correctly with my setup, and other suggestions from the forums are quite pricey.

Unfortunately video editing software isn't cheap.

For Windows XP: Windows Movie Maker is installed already and it's free. It's decent for basic editing.

For Windows 7: Go to Microsoft's website and download windows live movie maker.

For Apple, use iMovie.

Gopro also has some software on their website. It's free and it helps you convert your raw video into other formats. I haven't used it yet because my software (Adobe Premiere Pro) accepts all formats. It's worth a try.
