Here we go.. This years Frozen Hog is February 2, 2013.
Cost is $20 pre-reg($30 day of)
Tshirts available on the registration site for $10 until Jan 18. A small number of shirts will be available for purchase at the race first come first serve.
Beginning with the legendary LeMans running start, racers will sprint to their bikes, jump on and complete a short shakeout loop before heading out onto the course.
The format will be the same as last year, a "snow crit". Racers will race a 2-3 mile course, completing laps for a predetermined amount of time. This allows us to control the length of the race regardless of conditions.
Firm, fast course = Lots of laps.
Sloppy, slow course = fewer laps.
Last year with "good" conditions Sport racers completed three laps, Experts completed five.
Sport,Junior, and Clydesdale racers should plan on racing for approximately 60 mins, Experts for approximately 90 mins.
